Purpose of the role & how you will contribute: As a Customer Services Adviser you will work in a customer facing team and be the first point of contact for our members and the public providing telephone support to address their queries or to signpost them to further support. The role also handles outgoing calls to carry out research and to support the renewal of memberships. What you’ll bring: It is therefore essential you have experience of working in a customer service environment dealing with significant call volumes and can deliver a professional service in an enthusiastic, confident, and courteous manner.
