Join Samsung Electronics as a Partner Success Manager – B2B Channel/MSP!
Samsung Electronics is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our European B2B Channel/MSP team. This key role will focus on growing, developing, and managing Samsung’s relationships with B2B channel and MSP partners, working closely with our local sales teams.
You will collaborate with a diverse range of partners, including MSPs, VARs, and carriers, to deliver Samsung’s Knox managed services to customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the fast-growing enterprise business of Samsung and make a meaningful impact on our partner ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact between Samsung’s Partner Program and partners (MSPs, VARs, carriers).
* Organize and deliver events and workshops to recruit, educate, and grow the Samsung partner program.
* Demonstrate Knox solutions and Samsung services through demos and webinars to large audiences.
* Develop technical training content (e.g., KBAs, blogs, product videos) to enhance partner expertise.
* Troubleshoot and escalate partner-related issues effectively.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key account teams across Samsung subsidiaries.
* Engage directly with key MSP partners to support device and solution adoption strategies.
* Collaborate with MSP partners to develop new managed services and DaaS offerings using Samsung devices and solutions.
* Work alongside local account teams in the UK and Europe to strengthen partner relationships and drive success initiatives.
* Analyze partner data to provide insights for improving the Samsung Knox Partner Program for MSPs.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of MSP and Channel programs, leveraging your experience and knowledge to drive business strategy and growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in launching/supporting managed mobility services for enterprise and SMB markets.
* Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise management or similar mobility management platforms.
* Strong customer empathy and a genuine interest in solving customer pain points.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to align territory plans with overall company strategy.
* Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns across multiple MSP partners.
* Collaborative mindset focused on team success rather than individual achievements.
* Creativity in challenging the status quo to achieve goals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
* Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, project-based environment.
