Our client, an independent veterinary group with three thriving practices in Devon, is seeking a passionate vet to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities
* Join a team with certificate holders in small animal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, and diagnostic imaging to deliver high-quality care.
* Engage in a varied and stimulating caseload with opportunities to develop surgical skills or pursue a certificate.
* Collaborate with colleagues in case discussions, treatment plan debates, and ongoing professional development within a positive, growth-oriented environment.
* Contribute to a supportive workplace where personal and professional growth is encouraged, including opportunities to advance through qualifications.
Work Arrangement
* Full-time role – typically a 4 day week between 8.30am and 6.30pm.
* Multiple short consulting blocks allowing time for admin, investigative work, and lunch.
* Fair out-of-hours rota designed so you never work a full weekend on-call and approximately 1:10 weeknights, with the duty shift starting at 11:00 and time off following duty.
Benefits
* Generous salary between £40,000 and £65,000.
