As a secondary school with an SEN provision, our client are looking for Psychology graduate TA's to work on a short-term and long-term basis at their school starting in September. Having experience in supporting children who display challenging behaviour or have a variety of SEN is not essential but beneficial to fully flourish within this role. Our client would like to secure individuals who are able to work with 12-16 year olds who have a range of special educational needs including; moderate, severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties. The successful teaching assistant for this post will be a Psychology Graduate and as a result will have a good theoretical understanding of special educational needs. You must also be a confident and resilient with a genuine desire to help young people with SEN achieve.
