The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE level)
* Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils
* Show deep understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies
* Be calm, reflective, and confident in managing challenging behaviours
* Inspire and motivate through subject passion and creativity
* Promote restorative, inclusive and therapeutic approaches to education
* Be committed to continuous professional development and collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons with a strong emphasis on personalised learning
* Foster a safe, respectful and stimulating learning environment
* Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic student development
* Contribute to enrichment activities, PSHE, and the wider school life
* Uphold the highest standards in safeguarding, wellbeing and academic achievement
