We are looking for a proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a high-performing team. You will manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction to post-completion confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches accurately.
* Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and solicitors.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management protocols.
* Deliver excellent client service through clear and timely communication.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Experience in residential property law (essential).
* Ability to manage a caseload independently.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of conveyancing case management systems.
* Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
