Job Opportunity: Vehicle Mechanic at Carzone
The Carzone located at Road 3, Winsford Industrial Estate is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team.
As a vital part of our Bodyshop Team, the role involves conducting vehicle inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and road testing to ensure all defects are resolved. If you have the necessary experience and expertise, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our dedicated team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment
2. Repair or replace broken or defective parts and resolve defects
3. Road test vehicles to verify mechanical repairs
4. Follow correct processes in line with Health and Safety requirements
5. Complete all documentation to the highest standard
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic
* Own tools required
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in work
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Full UK driving license
* City & Guilds Automotive qualification (preferred)
* Driving License (preferred)
