This might include - Supporting with data preparation for compensation review meetings Assisting with analysing data received from external compensation surveys Helping to maintain accurate records of employee compensation dataWe are looking for someone who - Is comfortable using excel e.g. core functions such as sum/average/vlookup/ countif, able to create and manipulate pivot tables (or other methods) to summarise data effectively.
