The Opportunity
Were looking for a Candidate focussedRecruitment Consultant to support established client relationships within the engineering sector, working closely with Business Development colleagues and an experienced delivery team.
This role focuses on candidate attraction, engagement, and end-to-end delivery. Youll typically be working on multiple live roles at any one time, with warm client demand and clear priorities.
While engineering recruitment experience is preferred, were open to candidates from other recruitment sectors, as well as those with backgrounds in recruitment resourcing, call centres, outbound calling, or telesales, provided you bring the right attitude and work ethic.
