What the job involves
As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for delivering performance analysis and optimisation of our global paid media activity on search, display, and social media channels. You will be part of Audley's Paid Media team within the Performance Marketing department, working as a highly driven, results-focused marketer with a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of marketing practices.
Key responsibilities include
1. Continually optimising keyword sets and identifying opportunities to improve account performance.
2. Monitoring and adjusting bidding strategies to ensure the best return on investment.
3. Creating and optimising creatives across various formats for optimal performance.
4. Proactively understanding account, channel, and market performance across all paid search activities.
5. Performing performance reporting and analysis to generate actionable insights for optimisation.
6. Testing and optimising channels, supporting the design and implementation of optimisation plans to meet performance goals.
7. Ensuring all accounts are well-structured and adhere to best practices in hygiene.
About you
You will be a highly driven, results-focused marketer with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices.

* Channel management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook)
* Advanced analysis techniques
* Budget management
* Google Analytics
* Bid management platforms (e.g., SA360, Marin)
