Daily Duties
* Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion
* Manage and mentor small teams of architects and assistants
* Oversee design development, technical delivery, and project coordination
* Attend and contribute to senior management and design review meetings
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
* Contribute to business development and winning new work
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect with significant post:qualification experience
* Strong knowledge of all RIBA stages
* Experience leading projects and managing teams
* Confident communicator, comfortable in senior meetings
* Knowledge of CDM and BSA (Principal Designer experience desirable)
* Highly organised, driven and commercially aware
* Ambitious and ready to take on greater responsibility
