Key Responsibilities - Practice Accountant Manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity, providing expert advice and support Produce Ltd company final accounts, VAT returns, Corporation tax returns, and Personal tax returns Oversee and guide apprentices, providing mentorship and support for their professional development Ensure efficient use of accounting systems, and contribute to improving processes within the practice Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely services to clients What We’re Looking For - Practice Accountant Strong experience working in a practice environment Excellent client management and communication skills The ability to take ownership of a variety of accounting tasks, from final accounts production to tax returns Experience managing or mentoring junior team members A proactive and positive approach to improving practice efficiency and client services Ambition to grow within the firm What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience Opportunity to progress within the firm Full-time, office-based position in Chesterfield A supportive and professional working environment with room for personal growth This role of Practice Accountant is ideal for a solid all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced practice setting and is ready to take on more responsibility.
