Key Responsibilities
* Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and production processes
* Analyze workflow, equipment performance, and production data to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational issues
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
* Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects
* Assist in commissioning, validation, and process qualification activities
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Minimum [1] years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering principles
* Familiarity with CAD software, PLC systems, or automation is an advantage
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
Preferred Qualifications

* Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
