Role and Responsibilities
* Monitor stock levels and work closely with stock control
* Identify slow and fast-moving stock and act on risks
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Track orders and provide clear updates
* Handle supplier returns, credits, and warranty issues
* Support import and export activity, including customs paperwork
* Coordinate logistics and urgent deliveries
* Maintain accurate records for goods and stock
* Support the Procurement Manager and provide cover when needed
Key Requirements
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills
* Confident working with numbers and data
* Good Excel skills
* Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Team player with a proactive approach
* ERP system knowledge is helpful but not essential
