Join MASS at our Lincolnoffice as aSeniorSystem Modelling Engineerand play a key role in deliveringcutting-edgeEW solutions.Youllbe helping to design, implement, andvalidatenew capabilities, influence operational outcomes, and develop into a Subject Matter Expert within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
We are expanding our team toproduce system-level simulation and analysis tools, which will help model and understand complex systems, assess their performance, verify andvalidaterequirements, and help scope hardware and software will take ownership of the architecture, definition, creation, and use of high-levelsystem representations to guide the development teams in their detailed design activities.This will be a pivotal role in a national defence capability programme, working closely with the team lead,technical leads, and the project Design Authority to ensure designs areable to deliver the required performance.The models will involveaspects of physics, RF,kinematics,mathematics, optimisation,networking, anddataanalysis, so a broad ability and willingness tolearn and apply scientificprincipalsis crucial.
Led by ourPrincipal Solution Architect, the team is based at our modern Lincoln HQ on Teal Park, typically spending three days in the office and two from home giving you the best of both worlds: collaboration and flexibility.

Essentialexperience
* Coding experience (MATLAB/Simulink)
* Broad understanding acrossphysics,engineering,mathematics, and data
* Experience in integratingheterogeneousmodels acrossdifferent engineering disciplines
* Test and acceptance of integrated systems
* Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
Desirable experience
