Job Description:

Your Missions :
1. Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
2. Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
3. Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities :
1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone.
2. Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily.
3. Build and utilize dashboards to monitor engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries.
4. Ensure the BOM is updated daily by Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
5. Identify risks and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to propose mitigation plans.
6. Report project status weekly to the Project Leader.
7. Schedule and coordinate weekly project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations.
8. Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
9. Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spare availability.
10. Prepare milestone reviews, including collection of deliverables like plans and reports.
11. Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader.
12. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
Your Profile :
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical, or similar).
2. Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
3. Experience in Project Coordination within Motorsport or Supercar industries.
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
5. Self-starter with the ability to work with high-level instructions and seek support from other teams.
6. Team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others.
7. Fluent in English and willing to learn French.
