Shifts: 12.25 - 36.75 hour shifts available, alternating weekends
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‑quality, personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you’ll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.
What you'll do
* Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
* Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.
* Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.
* Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely.
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills
* Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English.
* Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* Experience caring for older people.
* Basic knowledge of Care Workers’ Codes of Practice.
