Fire Engineer Job in Leeds, Yorkshire
available in Leeds, for an established and leading fire consultancy. As a key part of the Fire Engineering team, you will be working through all stages of complex fire engineering projects. The role offers a salary of £35,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + BH + hybrid working + healthcare + continuous CPD / professional development.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead on small to medium sized projects with the support of a project manager
2. Lead workshops/meetings to discuss design solutions
3. Create fire strategies / retrospective fire strategies
4. Produce fire engineering technical reports
5. Review technical packages from sub-contractors
6. Support with technical queries
7. Project management across the whole life-cycle of multiple projects
8. Fire Dynamics, smoke dynamics, heat transfer, human behaviour and structural response
9. Shadow on-site inspections
10. Build and maintain relationship with clients.
Required Skills & Experience
11. Engineering Council Accredited BEng Hons
12. Minimum Associate Member of IFE
13. Extensive experience in delivering fire-engineered solutions for UK based projects
14. Strong understanding of UK legislation/regulations and design guidance
15. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, working to tight deadlines
16. UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
