A little bit about the role…
The Head of Brand Marketing will be responsible for unifying consumer initiatives and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, drive revenue, and foster brand loyalty. This position is a key part of the wider marketing leadership team and will work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders. The role is full-time, based in Christchurch and day to day responsibilities include;
7. Support the development and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's vision and values
8. Create consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints
9. Develop metrics and common language to track and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
10. Plan and oversee the execution of impactful marketing campaigns, both locally and internationally
11. Drive the development of our ‘Out There’ brand platform by creating compelling brand assets, visuals, and messaging
12. Develop and execute comprehensive brand campaigns and activations across all channels
13. Craft compelling and consistent messaging to effectively communicate the brand's proposition to target audiences
14. Oversee retail marketing efforts, including visual merchandising (VM), in-store signage, and local area marketing initiatives
15. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage target audiences, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
What we are looking for…
You will be tertiary qualified in marketing or business management with significant demonstrated experience within Marketing Director / HOM Marketing level roles within Retail, Consumer Goods or FMCG. You will demonstrate Customer Success Expertise: Proficient in modern Customer Success strategies and demonstrated success in implementing them effectively.
A Proven track record of launching initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and experiences will be key to your success in our role along with a history of setting and surpassing goals, fostering a culture of high performance. You have experience in managing multi-million-dollar campaigns and activations
A connection and passion to the outdoors and sustainability will be key to understanding our brand and customer.
