As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in delivering excellent quality, person-centred care that enhances the well-being and independence of the residents.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical operations of the home. This will include managing and supervising the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, monitoring clinical outcomes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing person-centred care and a focus on continuous improvement.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* The successful candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current NMC pin. They should have experience in a similar role, such as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
