Duties
Must have the ability to generate leads, confident and outgoing
* Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and consultation
* Present and demonstrate products or services to maximise customer interest and satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
* Handle customer enquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and organisational objectives
* Keep the sales area tidy, organised, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience
Experience
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, is essential
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual skills are advantageous
* Proven ability to build rapport with diverse customers and understand their requirements
* Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques is beneficial
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a professional attitude
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
