Support Consultant – Financial Management Systems Location: Birmingham / Remote Employment Type: Full Time About the role We are looking for a Support Consultant to join our Financial Management Systems team. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st Line support across a range of applications. Working within a fast-paced support environment, you will triage and diagnose issues, manage service requests, and ensure customers receive clear, timely communication throughout. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and building technical knowledge in financial systems.
