Client Services Manager Job Responsibilities
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounts clients as the main point of contact, overseeing resourcing, WIP, billing, onboarding and service delivery.
2. Build strong client relationships, provide proactive technical advice, and identify opportunities to support business development.
3. Review statutory accounts under UK GAAP (FRS 102/105) and IFRS, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely Director review.
