As a Senior Management Accountant, you will support the Head of Management Accounting in delivering high-quality, accurate and timely management information to enable effective decision-making across Village Hotels. You will take ownership of key areas of the hotel P&L, oversee month-end reporting, and provide clear insight into financial performance. The role also involves coaching and developing the management accounting team, supporting statutory and compliance activities, driving process improvements, and working closely with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, audit and key business initiatives.
