TIG Welder Location: Walsall Wood Pay: £18.50 per hour A well-established metal fabrication business based in Walsall Wood, is looking to recruit an experienced TIG Welder to join their team on a full-time basis. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality TIG welding on fabricated metal components, working to engineering drawings and specifications. Experience across multiple welding processes will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities * TIG welding of fabricated components to a high standard * Working from engineering drawings * Producing accurate, clean welds suitable for fabrication work * Carrying out basic quality checks * Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment Skills & Experience * Proven TIG welding experience (essential) * Experience with MIG / Flux / Arc / Pulse welding (advantageous) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach * Reliable and punctual Hours of Work * 38 hours per week * Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm * Friday: 1:00pm – 4:30pm Overtime * Monday to Friday overtime: Time and one third * Weekend overtime: Double pay What’s on Offer * Competitive hourly rate of £18.50 per ...
