Salary £26,000 - £28,000
Duties
* Process and manage purchase invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions in accounting software.
* Perform data entry tasks to update financial records and assist with reconciliations.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
* Support the finance team in month-end closing processes and reporting.
Qualifications
* Experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is essential.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
