Content-Led Business Development | Talent Intelligence | Market-Facing Role
A leading specialist executive search consultancy is hiring a commercially minded, highly literate Insight Executive to build and take market intelligence directly to clients and candidates.
This is not a recruitment role.
It is a research-led, content-driven business development position designed for someone who can turn insight into engagement, and engagement into relationships.
If you are a confident marketing or business graduate who enjoys analysing trends, writing compelling content and speaking to senior stakeholders about what the data means, this will suit you.
The Role
You will sit at the intersection of research, marketing and commercial strategy.
Your core objective:
Use insight as a business development tool.
You will:
Conduct structured research into their markets, hiring trends, salary shifts and talent movement
Interview senior professionals to document trends, viewpoints and industry challenges
Analyse findings and translate them into clear commercial narratives
Write articles, blogs, white papers and market updates
Create insight led LinkedIn content, infographics and campaign materials
Manage LinkedIn activity, engagement tracking and optimisation
Develop targeted mailshots based on research findings
Take research directly to market:
Present insights to businesses
Speak with senior stakeholders about workforce trends
Use findings to open strategic hiring conversations
Share market intelligence with candidates to build credibility and community
This is proactive market engagement.

What's On Offer
Office-based with one day WFH
Salary up to £32,500 plus performance-related bonus, expected first year total £37,500 plus.

Candidate Profile
This role is aimed at a highly literate, commercially aware graduate or early-career professional.
You may have studied:
Marketing
Business
Economics
English
Politics
Sociology
Or a related analytical discipline
You will demonstrate:
Strong written communication skills
Experience with Qualitative data
Confidence translating data into clear insight
Ability to write structured articles and thought leadership pieces
Commercial curiosity - you want to understand how businesses make decisions
Confidence speaking with senior professionals
Interest in trends, markets and organisational strategy
High attention to detail
Ability to manage LinkedIn, engagement analytics and campaign metrics
