ESUK is a London-based premium online tutoring and education consultancy. We specialise in A-Level preparation and selective university admissions, working with students from leading private and international schools in the UK and Korea and across the world.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Physics & Maths Tutor to deliver 1-to-1 online sessions for students preparing for A-Level examinations and the Engineering and Science Admissions Test (ESAT).
Sessions are usually 1 hour. The hourly rate covers lesson delivery, preparation, assignment marking, and lesson reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver 1-to-1 online tutoring in A-Level Physics, A-Level Maths, and ESAT preparation
* Design personalised lesson plans tailored to each student's exam board and goals
* Mark assignments and provide written feedback
* Complete brief lesson reports after each session
* Use LessonSpace, and Google Drive to deliver lessons
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Physics, Mathematics, or related field — postgraduate and doctoral candidates are especially welcome
* Current PhD candidates and experienced examiners (A-Level, ESAT or equivalent) are strongly encouraged to apply
* Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
* Comfortable using Zoom, LessonSpace, and Google Drive
* Strong communication skills; ability to motivate students online
* Flexible availability to accommodate students across time zones
* Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
* Must be resident in the UK or Ireland
