Job Description
The Data Administrator role will undertake various administration and data capture tasks for the service, ensuring efficient data management processes. Additionally, this role will assist with extracting data for reporting and analysis.
Main Duties & Accountabilities
1. Providing agile administrative support across the service, including organising and monitoring project finances, placing orders, reconciling petty cash, and processing invoices.
2. Maintaining database systems, inputting data, and producing data returns for funders, including recording information on case management systems and extracting reports for service monitoring.
3. Taking responsibility for Health and Safety, including conducting audits, supporting compliance, and undertaking risk assessments.
4. Preparing papers for meetings, including typing, photocopying, collating, and distributing materials. Taking minutes of meetings and distributing them.
5. Liaising with project staff, service users, and partners to ensure effective communication. Assisting with marketing materials and fundraising opportunities.
6. Setting up and maintaining case files, ensuring confidentiality and secure archiving in accordance with data protection laws.
7. Ensuring effective communication with partner agencies and local groups.

Qualifications
* Good education, including GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
* Experience with recording and data management systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, including Office 365.
* Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
Additional Information
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,575 (FTE)
Location: Home-based with some travel to regional offices in Worcester, Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Telford & Wrekin
