The Role – Overview
* Advise on high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and joint ventures.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation with precision and commercial insight.
* Act as a trusted client contact, delivering pragmatic, tailored advice and building long-term relationships.
* Lead and support teams on complex matters, providing mentoring and fostering collaboration.
* Contribute to business development, networking, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen the practice.
Person Specification
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in real estate investment and development.
* Strong technical expertise in corporate real estate, including joint ventures and co-investments.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex matters and supervising junior lawyers.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness.
* Client-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in the evolving real estate sector.
