The role

Senior Project Manager / Employer's Agent

Regeneration Sector | North West

At CPC Project Services, we don't just oversee projects – we help create thriving places, support economic growth and leave a positive legacy for future generations

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Employer's Agent to join our North West team and become part of one of the region's most significant regeneration initiatives.

This transformational new community will bring together over 2,000 homes, schools, community amenities, employment space, sports facilities, green corridors, parks and public spaces, creating a vibrant and sustainable destination for decades to come. Backed by a long-term partnership between public and private sector organisations, the scheme represents a once-in-a-generation investment in the area.

Joining at a pivotal point in its journey, you'll have the chance to influence how this ambitious vision becomes reality. Working alongside a highly collaborative team, you'll help establish the processes, controls and commercial strategies that will underpin the successful delivery of multiple phases and workstreams.

This role offers far more than traditional project management. You'll be involved from the earliest stages through to completion, providing leadership, commercial insight and strategic direction across a diverse mix of residential, infrastructure, community and public realm projects.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager / Employer's Agent, you'll play a central role in driving progress, managing risk and ensuring successful outcomes across a complex, evolving portfolio of works.

You will -

  • Support the mobilisation and establishment of major housing and placemaking initiatives
  • Lead Employer's Agent and contract administration responsibilities (JCT and related
  • forms)
  • Bring together consultants, contractors, developers and public-sector stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
  • Establish effective reporting, controls and decision-making frameworks
  • Oversee planning and coordination across multiple phases and project streams
  • Provide commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate workshops, reviews and continuous improvement activities
  • Monitor programme performance, risks and quality standards
  • Help maintain momentum, certainty and value across all stages of delivery

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Few roles offer the chance to influence a project of this scale from such an early stage.

You'll be part of a team helping to create an entirely new community, working across everything from housing and infrastructure to education, leisure and public open space. The breadth of exposure, complexity of work and calibre of stakeholders make this an exceptional career defining opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine impact.

If you're motivated by seeing ambitious plans translated into real places and enjoy working within collaborative, fast-moving environments, this role offers the platform to leave your mark on a landmark North West scheme.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
