As the Head of Operational Excellence / Operational Excellence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class service to our clients. Your responsibilities include working with key stakeholders to systematically improve Bellrock’s service through a systems thinking/process-based approach, and formulating and implementing continuous improvements.
The role involves driving strategic initiatives to enhance value delivery, build capabilities, and improve customer experience. You will focus on ensuring high client satisfaction, streamlining operations, and fostering innovation. You will also develop and embed a culture of operational excellence across our service delivery.

As Head of Operational Excellence, you will:
* Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement a structured framework using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
* Customer Journey: Lead initiatives to streamline the customer experience for faster, higher-quality outcomes.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, manage escalations, and provide updates.
* Innovation: Support business units in adopting best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
* Project Management: Oversee mobilisation and transition projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to energize our business as Head of Operational Excellence, you’ll need:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, IT/Technology, engineering, or related field.
* Experience leading large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
* Operational excellence improvements experience; IASSC Lean Six Sigma (Orange or Green Belt) or equivalent accreditation required.
* IT/telecoms or consulting experience is a plus.

Working arrangements
We offer flexible and remote working options. The successful candidate will work from our Leicester head office two days a week, with the rest of the week remote.
