What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading from the front: You’ll be the face of the operation, setting the pace, driving standards, and keeping the team motivated.
* Running the show: Oversee daily catering operations across a busy, high-volume site.
* Championing service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
* Maintaining excellence: Take ownership of food safety, compliance, cleanliness, cash handling, and quality control.
* Team builder: Support training, lead rotas, and ensure strong collaboration between BOH and FOH teams.
* Driving growth: Identify ways to boost revenue, streamline processes, and help build a strong events trade.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a QSR-led environment – you know how to handle pressure and volume.
* At least 1 year in a similar management role.
* A natural leader – confident, composed, and solution-focused.
* Passionate about customer service and creating standout experiences.
* Flexible with working hours and holds a clean UK driving licence.
* Strong organisational skills and a commercial mindset.
