Salary: £27,000 - 28,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in IT technical support, ideally 1st or 2nd line level Strong troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of O365, Windows 10, and servers 2016/19 Exposure to firewall security Ability to problem-solve effectively Experience with core networking systems (routers, switches, WiFi backups, VOIP systems) Familiarity with JIRA for managing service desk tickets Knowledge of CISCO and DNS/DHCP is a plus Access to a car and ability to be onsite 5 days per week Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices Troubleshoot and resolve 1st and 2nd line technical enquiries Collaborate closely with internal teams and the IT manager Support the technical estate including touchscreens and internal telephone systems Manage service desk tickets through the JIRA system Ensure requests are responded to within agreed SLAs Assist with networking setup and maintenance as needed Technologies: Cisco Firewall Support JIRA Security Windows Office 365 More: We are a major player in the FMCG and Food Manufacturing sector, operating across 8 sites in the UK and supplying to 17 countries worldwide.
