Pay and Benefits:
* £12.56 per hour (£24,495 per annum)
* Hours: Monday to Friday
* Company Pension with up to 5% matching

Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries, provide technical advice, and resolve complaints.
* Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Maintain professionalism in telephone interactions with internal and external customers.
* Proactively communicate order updates and minimize delays.
* Update customer records accurately in real-time.
* Make decisions within your role and communicate potential impacts.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet customer deadlines.
* Stay informed on industry developments and pursue ongoing training.
* Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Strong PC and administrative skills
* Teamwork abilities
* Previous customer service experience
