Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring & Process Support

* Assist In Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to highlight areas for improvement, supporting with regular performance reviews and providing insights to the wider business.
* Help ensure team workload is balanced and SLAs are consistently met by encouraging collaboration and shared accountability.
* Assist in training and upskilling team members, helping them stay up to date with process changes and identifying knowledge gaps or inefficiencies.
* Providing an inquisitive approach to identify and resolve recurring issues.
* Work collaboratively with Client Accounts colleagues to share feedback and improvements.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Provide day-to-day support to Management, working closely with other Senior team members and Team Leaders.
* Contribute to succession planning by supporting the development of less experienced staff through mentoring and task delegation.
* Maintain a strong working relationship with the Offshore Cash Operations team (Alpha), providing guidance and acting as a first point of contact when needed.
* Promote a collaborative and positive working relationship between the offshore and onshore teams, encouraging consistent communication and alignment.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
* Support the team through regular catchups and feedback, contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment.
* Assist with resolving complaints and escalated issues, sharing knowledge with the team to prevent reoccurrence.
* Participate actively in team meetings, ensuring changes, updates, and process improvements are clearly understood and adopted.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing operational support to the Alpha Cash Operations team.
* Act as a point of escalation for operational issues and queries from the offshore team.
* Identify, correct, and provide feedback on errors, helping to improve team accuracy and efficiency.
* Deliver professional customer service to both clients and internal teams, representing Client Accounts with a high standard of written and verbal communication.
* Contribute to a well-organised, supportive, and motivated team environment, setting a positive example through work ethic and attitude.
* Reporting to manager and supporting Month End reporting schedule.
* Assisting with ensuring all processes are compliant and issues are resolved within the month of process.
* Provide feedback on improvements and support manager with Board Report collation.
What are we looking for:

Essential:
* Ability to take ownership of complaints/difficult queries.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to drive forward KPI's and meet expectations.
* Excel experience
* Client money experience
* System knowledge i.e. Lettings systems
* Bank Reconciliation processing.
* Experience Client Accounting.
Desirable:
* CMP knowledge.
