About The Role
TC Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our team to help support our customers.
Location: Motherwell ML1 Shifts: 22:00 - 06:00, Mon - Thurs Payrate: £13.37 What will you be doing?
1. External cleaning of car parks, including litter picking in all weather, waste collection, cleaning facilities and other associated tasks
2. Stairs, offices, meeting rooms, large canteens and external smoking areas are all key areas we clean
3. You must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise
4. Excellent attention to detail is required
5. Required to work independently or in a small team
6. Customers may be on site so you need to be polite and courteous at all times
7. Full training will be given on all duties and machinery if required

You will be required to complete a DBS for this role, We will arrange and pay for this! What do you get from us?

About You
13. Experience in a large warehouse essential
14. Previous machinery and COSHH experience
15. Understand written and verbal English
16. Cleaning experience within large dynamic warehouses a must
17. Demonstrate previous training and regular utilisation of floor cleaning machinery
18. Able to communicate effectively to the customer and colleagues
19. Thorough knowledge of health and safety including previous COSHH training
20. Used to high volume washroom cleaning to an exceptional consistent standard
