The Role We are partnering with an established and growing fit-out contractor seeking a Project Manager to deliver a range of high-end projects. You will manage multiple schemes at a time from initial brief through design, procurement, and delivery, overseeing programme, budget, health & safety, and quality management while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. You will; Lead multiple fit-out projects from design development through procurement, construction, and handover, managing programmes, budgets, and cashflow Oversee quality assurance and health & safety compliance, implementing best-practice procedures across all projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient delivery and resolving on-site or commercial issues Provide commercial oversight, including cost tracking, change management, valuations, and client reporting What's in it for you; Competitive salary and benefits, including company vehicle 30 days annual leave with an additional 4 well-being days (1 per quarter) Local projects only, no UK travel Strong career progression in a forward-thinking, fast-growing company The Ideal Candidate; Proven project management experience in a fit-out or building environment Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets, quality, and health & safety management Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Full details will be discussed upon application.
