They are currently in a phase of rapid expansion and are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Manager to oversee daily operations within their wood finishing workshop. This is a practical leadership role where you will work closely with the team on the workshop floor, maintaining high finishing standards while developing people and improving processes, whilst getting involved hands-on with wood finishing work.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Production Manager who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a hands-on environment to join a fast-growing business, offering long-term career prospects and training incentives.
