Position: NAVCOM Project Co-ordinator
About the Role: This role supportsthe successful delivery of NAVCOM and SATCOM projects across adiverse maritime customer base. Working closely with the SeniorProject Manager, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time,within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate internalteams and stakeholders, manage project processes from initiation toclosure, and assist in pre-sales, bids, and customer liaison.
Therole is ideal for someone with a maritime electronic installation orengineering background who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to managemultiple priorities are key to success.

What You’ll Do:
* Support the Senior NavComProject Manager in managing multiple parallel NAVCOM and SATCOMprojects
* Follow internal projectmanagement processes and ensure compliance across all deliverystages
* Own project delivery fromkick-off to closure, maintaining a focus on cost, schedule, andperformance
* Coordinate internal departments, including engineering, logistics, and field service, to ensuresuccessful outcomes
* Assist with pre-salesactivities, costings, and preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Support bid preparation andcontribute to maintaining strong customer relationships
* Monitor and manage supplierperformance and project-related costs
* Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction are achieved throughout
What We’ll Expect:
* Self-starter with stronginitiative, resilience, and excellent time management skills
* Ability to secure or currentlyhold Security Clearance
* Background in maritimeelectronics or installation projects is advantageous (or willingness toundertake relevant training)
* Excellent communication andcoordination skills
* Customer-focused with aflexible, can-do approach
* Strong numeracy, literacy, andIT skills, particularly in standard office applications
* Ability to produce high-qualitywork under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Willingness to travel asrequired
