A Day in the Life at Hazel
As a Bartender at Hazel, your duties will include:

Serving a range of beverages including wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails with professionalism and care.
*
Engaging warmly with guests and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
*
Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
*
Assisting in the setup and close-down of the bar for each shift.
*
Following health & safety and licensing requirements.
*
Supporting the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
*
Taking pride in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
What We’re Looking For

Previous bar or hospitality experience.
*
A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

A passion for delivering great service and making guests feel at home.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A team player who’s reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
