Honeycomb Jobs is working with a large Public Sector organisation, looking to recruit a full-time temporary Administrative Assistant until end of Feb 2026 ( with possibility of extension) The Client - The Public Sector organisation is situated in the Bangor catchment area. The Role: To provide wide-ranging, administrative support to the Recycling team and to ensure day-to-day administrative duties are completed to a high standard. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Be first point of contact for individuals calling through. Signposting to relevant members of staff were appropriate. Managing complaints and escalating to the relevant individuals. Managing bookings via internal booking system. Using MS Packages to include Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: A minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy. AND: Be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' administrative experience in a busy office environment to include: The ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work; and Successfully prioritising competing demands. Ability to provide high-levels of customer care and service.
