The role involves overseeing business development activities, building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities in the Proptech sector, and driving revenue generation. The Founding Business Development Partner will be responsible for creating and executing tech design, business development plans, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring business growth and sustainability.
About you

* Are you ready to move fast, think smart, and lead the future of fast property transactions?
We’re building a new proptech platform ecosystem to revolutionize the fast property sale market in the UK. Our team at Growth-On-Demand (G.O.D.) is searching for a Founding MD to lead the charge.
You will:
* Own 30% equity in the business.
* Lead the launch, scaling, and operational growth of the business.
* Work closely with G.O.D. to build a streamlined, smarter solution for sellers and cash buyers.
We provide:
* Full venture builder support, including tech, marketing, and infrastructure.
* Flexible working, early-stage agility, and equity ownership.
You’ll invest £25K for a 30% founding stake, lead the venture, and scale nationally — with G.O.D. providing the framework, tech, and backing.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in property, Proptech, sales, sourcing, auctions, bridging, or other real estate innovation areas.
* A strong sales leader, motivated to lead the market with a disruptive product.
* A true entrepreneur — hungry for ownership and success.
* Committed to investing both cash (£25K) and time into building and growing the business.
Skills Required:
* Business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation skills.
* 5+ years of experience in property or Proptech sectors (MANDATORY).
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to drive results.
* Experience in company management is preferable but not essential.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferable but not essential.
