Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by securing commercial fencing contracts. This is a commission-based role, offering 5-10% commission on all confirmed jobs, providing substantial earning potential for motivated individuals. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to deliver our high-quality fencing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and target commercial clients, such as property developers, construction firms, and facility managers.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
* Present UK Fencing Ltd's services and solutions tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
* Collaborate with our project management team to ensure seamless delivery of confirmed jobs.
* Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Compensation
* Commission Structure: Earn 5-10% commission on the total value of all confirmed jobs, with the exact rate determined by project size and complexity.

* Payment Terms: Commissions are paid upon project confirmation and client payment, typically within 30 days of job completion.
