Capital Appeal Lead – Location flexible across our three hospices. Full or Part-Time considered, 22.5 – 37.5 hours per week. Fixed term contract - 18 months. Salary £44,000 FTE per annum.

Do you have?
* Demonstrable experience in income generation and meeting financial targets
* Strong understanding of Trusts, Foundations, and grant-making processes
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
* Leading and coordinating the Treehouse Expansion fundraising plan
* Monitoring appeal income and pipeline performance
* Collaborating with Philanthropy, Trusts & Foundations, and Corporate Fundraising teams
* Developing compelling funding proposals and impact reports
* Working with Communications to produce inspiring appeal materials
* Managing campaign documentation and resources
* Supporting briefings, reports, and events for stakeholders
