We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Rhinefield House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Rhinefield House, known as the 'Jewel in the Forest', is an award-winning luxury hotel within the New Forest National Park. It features 50 bedrooms, including three suites, an outdoor pool, a health suite, and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant & bar. It is a popular wedding and Afternoon Tea venue with beautiful gardens and grounds.
Responsibilities
1. Ensuring guest bedrooms are clean and maintained to a high standard to create a positive first impression.
2. Creating a home-from-home experience by replenishing towels and toiletries.
3. Covering the Head Housekeeper's responsibilities during their absence or leave.
4. Paying attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness of public areas and rooms.
5. Setting up tea, coffee, biscuit stations, and delivering personalized amenities, including for furry guests.
6. Checking rooms and supporting colleagues as needed.
7. Inspiring, having fun, and enjoying being part of the Hand Picked Team.
About You
* Some housekeeping or cleaning experience, comfortable working alone and in a team in a busy environment.
* High standards and pride in your work.
* Friendly, welcoming, and helpful manner to ensure memorable guest experiences.
* Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
* Ability to deliver high-quality, personalized guest experiences that encourage return visits.
