We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to join a successful franchised dealership in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing used car operation within a busy and profitable site.
The Role
As Used Car Sales Manager, you will lead the used vehicle sales department, driving performance, controlling stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in maximising profitability through strong leadership, effective processes, and data-driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives
* Drive used vehicle sales performance across all channels
* Manage stock effectively, including aging, pricing, and turnaround
* Oversee the full sales process, ensuring efficiency and consistency
* Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
* Deliver sales and profitability targets
* Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to maximise results
* Analyse performance data and implement continuous improvements
About You
* Current Used Car Sales Manager within a franchised dealership
* Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Highly organised with a data-driven approach
* Commercially aware with a focus on profitability and growth
* Customer-focused with a commitment to excellence
