Duties

* Oversee SEO optimisation efforts to improve website visibility and search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
* Create engaging content including copywriting for websites, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing visual content that supports marketing campaigns.
* Analyse campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
* Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engaging with followers to increase brand awareness.
* Coordinate project management activities related to product launches, events, or promotional campaigns ensuring timely delivery.
* Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
* Maintain organised records of all marketing activities and budgets using organisational skills and Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing, with strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, and email marketing platforms.
* Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and social media management tools.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using effective time management techniques.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing teams or projects within a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
