An opportunity in Research and Development for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administration Apprentice.
The Apprenticeship: Research Administration Hub Apprentice. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills that help provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service as well as gaining insight into the provision of education and development within the NHS.
Responsibilities
* Provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service to support the smooth and efficient running of the Research Administration Hub, which is part of the high-quality service delivered by our busy Research & Development Department.
* Work as part of a team, communicating effectively and courteously with a wide range of internal/external personnel.
Please note that we will not be able to shortlist any applicants with more than 50% prior learning/work experience of this apprenticeship standard.

Person Specification
Essential
* GCSE A* - C in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
* IT literate and experience of using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
Desirable
* Previous experience of working in an office environment
Practical/Intellectual Skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational skills
* A good general education
