With a strong product‑led culture and international customer base, we’re scaling rapidly—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic visibility to our growing product organization.
What to Expect
* Drive operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows, team rituals, and cross‑functional coordination
* Lead program execution for complex product operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
* Improve tooling and automation by identifying, implementing, and maintaining systems that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
* Analyze reporting and metrics to generate insights and partner with Business Analysts on improvement initiatives
* Manage risks and dependencies by proactively identifying roadblocks and driving resolution across teams
* Develop training and enablement resources, including documentation and onboarding materials for product teams
* Facilitate cross‑functional communication across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success
* Advocate for product operations to increase alignment, transparency, and collaboration across the organization
* Collaborate globally with distributed teams across time zones and cultural contexts

What You Need to Be Successful
* 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
* Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross‑functional product organizations
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs
* Systems‑thinking mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
* Experience working with globally distributed teams
* Familiarity with change management practices
* Exposure to technical domains (e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus
